1) Choose If you want to add a Picture. Choose between [NO Picture] or [One Picture] for your Face Mask

2) Choose the Face Mask Side: Adult Large or Child Small 3) In the Personalized Text Box: Add the text you would like on your Face Mask. If none, please enter NO TEXT.

For Text, you can choose if you want to put any name and/or message. You can google - 100 Free fonts download - to choose the font you like.

3) Submit One Photo: Once purchased, Click on [Contact Shop]. A new Conversation window will pop up. You can click on [Attach Image] to send your photo and type in the message box the text you would like to add.

****** Rectangular 4 x 6 photos work best. Your Picture Minimum 300 DPI/PPI Make sure your photo is at least 300 dpi/ppi at original size. The larger the dpi/ppi the better the quality. Folks using their camera phones with at least 5mp or higher will be just fine. Note: Your mobile phone tends to be a rectangle shape. Please DO NOT send a square or cropped photo.

***** PROCESSING: ****** Since your item is handmade and customized, please allow 2 - 5 days business days for processing. Shipping transit times are delivered First Class by the US Post Office with an average of 3 days but can take up to 8 days within the USA.

***** RETURNS ****** The face mask is customized to the buyer’s specifications and made after the order is taken. Because the mask are customized, there are no exchanges or refunds for the item unless we make a mistake or the case is delivered broken. Please make sure measure your head to make sure the face mask will fit your head based on your specs.

***** COLORS ****** We use state of art ink, software, and equipment when making your item. With that being said, Colors on the phone case may still vary due to your computer monitor resolution or if you printed the picture out due to your software and/or printer's color resolution settings. Computer Monitors tend to make the picture brighter. The reason is the settings and RBG technology that Computer Monitors utilizes whereas printers utilize CMYK technology.
